Individual and Group Lessons Refund Policy: lessons are good for one year from the date of purchase: No Refunds are given for unused lessons for any reason. To reschedule a lesson, customers must call at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time or the customer will forfeit that lesson. Once a lesson package has expired, the customer must purchase another package to retain the same rate. There are no make-ups or refunds given to a student that misses his/her lesson.
